Bio

Mr. Maneesh Ketkar is an experienced banker turned academician, passionate about financial education and committed to bridging the gap between academia and industry. With extensive experience in global and domestic financial markets, he brings a unique combination of corporate expertise and teaching excellence to the classroom. As a teacher, trainer, and mentor, he plays a pivotal role in preparing students for their journey from campus to the corporate world.

 

In his corporate career, Mr. Ketkar has held several senior leadership roles, including Chief Business Officer at United Stock Exchange, where he successfully developed business across India and built the debt market segment. He also served as Head of Debt and Credit Markets at Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank (CA-CIB) and as Head of Institutional Sales at HDFC Bank Ltd. His international experience includes working with ICICI Infotech in Sydney, Australia, in addition to leadership roles at Reuters India, Credit Lyonnais, Peregrine Fixed Income, and Ashok Leyland Investment Services.

 

With deep expertise in treasury markets, Mr. Ketkar has also delivered training courses on Forex and Fixed Income assets, enabling participants to better understand complex market dynamics. His industry insights, combined with his academic orientation, make him a catalyst in shaping future financial professionals, equipping them with both knowledge and practical skills to excel in today’s evolving financial landscape.
