Prof. Tejpal Singh Batra is Adjunct Faculty – Operations at FLAME University and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Pune. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Pune.

Prof. Tejpal is an experienced leader, with over 35 years of global experience in Information Technology, Operations, and Human Resources. He has an extensive experience in networking, telecommunication, software development, large scale program management, setting up shared services, global SAP technical and functional support, operations management, supply chain management, project management and risk management. He was associated with Thermax, Tech Mahindra, Maersk, P&O Nedlloyd, Optimos India Pvt. Ltd., Mahindra British Telecom. He was associated with FLAME University as a Visiting Faculty. He has also held various top leadership positions and worked with top management and global teams on various strategic initiatives.
