Bio

Prof. Maninee Dhole is an experienced academic professional with over 14 years of impactful service in higher education, examination, academic administration, and program management. Currently positioned at Universal AI University, Karjat, she serves as Assistant Professor and Senior Program Manager specializing in Operations, Business Analytics, and Computer Applications.

 

She holds an MBA in Business Analytics from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, and an MCA from SGB Amravati University. She is also pursuing her Ph.D. at Symbiosis International University. Her career reflects a dynamic blend of academic depth and technical proficiency, with proven expertise in curriculum design, assessment management, and academic quality assurance—particularly in collaboration with international institutions and universities.

 

She has led significant initiatives including faculty development programs on Online pedagogy, AI-enabled Examination systems, and Program Management for Cardiff Met’s MBA program including QA for Global Exam Boards. Her teaching spans a broad range of subjects from Operations Management, Decision Sciences, Business Communications, Sustainable Transportation Systems, Operations Research to Business Analytics, International Logistics, Business Processes and Data Analytics, Network Security, Lean and Agile Manufacturing, TQM and so on.

 

As a dedicated educator and mentor, she is deeply committed to student development and academic innovation. Her research includes work on sustainable logistics, Six Sigma in education, and Digital transformation with publications and presentations at esteemed platforms.

 

Previously a Software Engineer, She integrates technical insights into academic frameworks, making her a versatile contributor to institutional growth. She also leads student engagement initiatives, including the Arts & Culture Club and Alumni outreach, embodying a learner-first, future-focused approach to education.
