Bio

With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Dr. Indira Singh brings a blend of industry experience and academic excellence, complemented by a PhD from Indian Institute of Management Mumbai, reflecting strong research grounding and scholarly rigor. She brings over 22 years of experience in academics and 8 years in the industry. She specializes in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Research Methodology, and Entrepreneurship. Dr. Indira Singh’s doctoral work lies at the confluence of OB and Entrepreneurship focusing on entrepreneurial intention among management students, grounded in the Theory of Planned Behavior.

 

She has worked in reputed management institutes. At the university level, she has contributed to curriculum review and development, along with academic administration, international collaborations, accreditation processes and student mentoring. She has published in various national, international, and ABDC-listed journals. She has also served as Session Chair at multiple national and international conferences, reflecting academic leadership, peer recognition, and active engagement in scholarly discourse.
