Why Our Environment & Sustainability School?
The School of Environment & Sustainability (Proposed) is part of the university’s future academic vision and is planned to be introduced in upcoming academic sessions. Once launched, the school aims to offer state-of-the-art programs and courses designed to equip students with the expertise required to address some of the world’s most pressing environmental and sustainability challenges.
The proposed curriculum is envisioned to integrate artificial intelligence, data analysis, and machine learning with environmental sciences enabling students to explore innovative, technology-driven solutions to sustainability issues. Experiential learning through internships, research projects, and fieldwork is planned to form a core component of the school, allowing students to apply classroom learning to real-world environmental contexts and build practical, career-ready skills.
What Programs Do We Offer?
BSc Environmental Sciences (Proposed)
The Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Sciences is an undergraduate degree program currently under planning. The program is designed to focus on the study of the natural environment and the impact of human activities on ecological systems.
The proposed curriculum integrates knowledge from multiple scientific disciplines such as biology, chemistry, physics, geology, and ecology, with the objective of providing students a holistic understanding of environmental challenges, sustainability practices, and resource management.
