Dr. Meena Sharma

Bio

Dr. Meena Sharma is a passionate academician with over two decades of experience in the field of Human Resource Management. She holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce, Master in Business Studies,  M.Phil and Ph.D. in Human Resources.

 

Currently serving as a Professor and Head of the Department -HR at Universal Ai University , She has made significant contributions in teaching, research, and academic leadership. Her dedication to academic excellence has been recognized through multiple accolades, including the Best Professor Award (2020), Best Woman Academician Award (2021), and her inclusion among the Top 100 Professors in India (2022). Most recently, she was honored with the Academic Excellence Award in 2023 (Singapore).

 

She is a thought leader, having authored over 35 research papers published in reputed journals such as ABDC, Scopus, and UGC-CARE. She has also written five books, secured five patents, and actively contributes to curriculum development as a member of the syllabus review committee at various universities.

 

Her expertise is widely recognized, and she is frequently invited as a keynote speaker, panelist, and subject expert at national and international forums. She is also a proud member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
