DR. PRANJALI MADHUR

Bio

Dr. Pranjali is a seasoned academician with over 20 years of teaching & industry experience in Human Resource Management, Law, and Strategic Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Emotional Intelligence from Nagpur University and has made significant contributions to research published in reputed national and international journals. She has authored books, contributed chapters, and serves on editorial and advisory boards of prominent management journals. 

 

Her expertise extends to consultancy in organizational development, recruitment analysis, life coaching, and strategic planning. Additionally, she is proficient in Spanish and Mandarin, enhancing her global engagement. Dr. Pranjali holds two patents recognized by the Government of India  one on IoT-based organic fertilizer manufacturing and another on an oxygen concentrator. 

 

She is a certified NLP Practitioner by Richard Bandler, USA, and Alpha Stars Academy.  She is actively involved in scholarly activities, she reviews papers for various journals and serves as Associate Editor for international journals. She is affiliated with multiple professional bodies, including the International Stress Management Association, International Human Rights Council, and the American Psychological Association. 

 

She has also earned a Research Fellowship from the World Business Institute, Australia, and serves as an external Ph.D. Thesis Examiner for prestigious universities like Symbiosis, Chitkara, and Vel Tech. A certified expert in Design Thinking and Innovation, Dr. Pranjali completed her Mastering at MIT Sloan School of Management. She has conducted numerous corporate training programs on Emotional Intelligence and Strategic Entrepreneurship, reflecting her strong industry-academia interface.
