Bio

Dr. Seema Laddha is a seasoned academician and marketing expert with over 22 years of combined experience in teaching, research, and industry.  She currently serves as Associate Professor and Head of the Marketing Department at Universal AI University, where she leads curriculum innovation, fosters experiential learning, and strengthens industry-academia integration.

 

She holds a PhD in Commerce (Management) and an MBA in Marketing and Finance. Her research interests focus on consumer behaviour, strategic marketing, and the integration of real-world industry cases into business education. She has published in reputed peer-reviewed journals, undertaken funded research projects, and authored impactful case studies on consumer behaviour, digital transformation, and strategic business decision-making.

 

Dr. Laddha is a recognized PhD supervisor, guiding scholars in addressing contemporary challenges in marketing and business strategy. She regularly presents her work at national and international conferences and continues to be involved in projects that reflect market trends and business needs.

 

Apart from teaching and research, she contributes to institutional development through her work in curriculum design and development , accreditation processes, and faculty mentoring. With a strong background in both corporate and academic environments, she brings valuable insights to her students and peers. Her work embodies the future of marketing education—rooted in data, driven by strategy, and inspired by innovation.
