Bio

Dr. Shivani T has over 24 years of combined experience in academia and industry. She is a  PhD in Business policy and Administration from University of Mumbai and her doctoral research focused on Information and Communication technology in Education. Her valuable industry experience in IT recruitment with Infosoft Solutions and technical support at Wipro Spectramind Services and Microsoft, provides a practical dimension to her teaching and real-world business challenges. The blend of corporate exposure and academic rigor enables her to prepare students effectively for dynamic and competitive business environments. 

 

Dr. Shivani T has contributed to curriculum development, research and academic administration for management colleges working under University of Mumbai. She has actively supported quality enhancement initiatives under NAAC. She teaches management subjects such as Business Communication, Principles of Management, Organisation Behaviour, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Principles of Marketing, Management Information System and Entrepreneurship.
