Dr. Sumit is an Industry veteran with a deep passion to steer experiential learning in higher management education. He has been an Operations Leader with more than 20 years of stellar experience managing large Service Delivery Operations, Project Management and Process Excellence. He has gained expertise across multiple domains in service industry viz. Sales Operations, Banking, Mutual Funds, Finance & Accounting, US Mortgage and Airlines Management with world’s leading multinational organization like Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Accenture etc. His Ph.D. thesis entitled “Dimensions of Automation Deployment in Business Process Management Industry in India” is a new age research from Industry 4.0 perspective wherein he has studied factors influencing Robotic Process Automation success for BPM industry in India.

Dr. Sumit has published research papers in Scopus Indexed Journals and has presented papers in International Conferences.
