Dr. Yatin R. Karnik is a distinguished academician and corporate professional with over 35 years of rich and diverse experience spanning senior corporate leadership roles and higher education. He currently serves as an Adjunct and Visiting Faculty at several leading B-Schools and management universities across India, where he brings deep industry insight into academic learning.
With an extensive corporate background, Dr. Karnik integrates real-world business perspectives with strong theoretical frameworks, enabling students to understand management concepts in practical, actionable contexts. His academic engagements include teaching core and elective courses in areas such as Strategic Management, Organizational Behaviour, Business Ethics, Leadership, and Industry–Academia Interface, primarily within MBA programs.
Dr. Karnik is widely recognized for his case-based and experiential teaching methodology, which encourages critical thinking, decision-making, and applied learning. His classroom sessions are designed to prepare students for real-world challenges by simulating business scenarios and fostering managerial competencies.
