Bio

Nitesh Kumar is an academician, researcher, and legal educator with over eight years of interdisciplinary teaching and research experience across reputed higher institutions. Currently serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of General Management at Universal Ai University, his work integrates law, management, technology, governance, and public policy through a research-driven and multidisciplinary academic approach.

 

His areas of specialization include Constitutional Law, Artificial Intelligence Governance, Gender Studies, ESG Policy, and Business & Corporate Law. As a research scholar with focused academic engagement in Gender Studies and Constitutional Law, he has authored and presented scholarly work on AI regulation, climate litigation, criminal law reforms, inclusivity, and sustainable governance frameworks.

 

Mr. Nitesh Kumar has been associated with Amity University Mumbai, Alliance University, and Vijaybhoomi University, contributing to academic leadership, curriculum innovation, and research initiatives. He was also invited by Middle Georgia State University Jan.2026 to deliver a session on comparative perspectives of ‘Artificial Intelligence regulation across the EU, India, and the USA’. “
