Inderpal Singh is a sales and marketing professional, entrepreneur, and corporate trainer with over 20 years of leadership experience in reputed organizations within the FMCG sector. His career reflects a strong blend of corporate leadership, entrepreneurial success, and academic contribution.
With a deep passion for training and mentoring, Mr. Singh has conducted impactful soft skills and sales training programs for middle-level managers across leading FMCG and consumer durables organizations. As a sales trainer, he has helped organizations strengthen their teams, build effective sales and go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and transform distribution models, leading to sustainable business growth. His expertise also extends to strengths assessment, goal-setting, and organizational development, enabling individuals and institutions to achieve measurable results.
Academically, he has enriched his professional journey through specialized management programs, including the MDP in Retail Management from IIM Ahmedabad and a Case Writing and Teaching program from ISB Mohali. He actively uses the case study methodology in his teaching and training, providing students and professionals with practical, real-world insights.
In addition to his corporate career, Mr. Singh has successfully ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing a recruitment and training company. Through this initiative, he has coached and mentored aspiring professionals, some of whom have gone on to become successful entrepreneurs themselves.
