Tamanna Sharma is a dedicated Counselling Psychologist committed to promoting the emotional and psychological well-being of both students and employees within the academic environment. She adopts a holistic and client-cantered approach that focuses on strengthening emotional resilience, fostering self-awareness, and equipping individuals with effective coping strategies to navigate academic, professional, and personal challenges.
Ms. Sharma’s professional journey includes experience in neurodivergent support and parent counselling, Her clinical exposure in hospital and clinical settings has further strengthened her skills in psychological assessment, therapeutic intervention, and collaborative care with multidisciplinary professionals.
Beyond clinical practice, Ms. Sharma has also contributed to academia as a Visiting Faculty member, guiding aspiring psychologists She has also engaged in cyberbullying awareness and psychological support, providing counselling and psychoeducation to help individuals cope with challenges arising in digital environments.
