Prof. Dhaval Bhatt

Bio

A financial market enthusiast, Dhaval Bhatt has a postgraduate management degree in finance from Mumbai University. He started his professional journey as a Management Trainee in Indirect Taxation at Reliance Industries Limited under the 4G (Jio) Project, handling PAN India indirect taxation due diligence operations for the 4G project. Later, he moved to Capital Markets joining India Infoline Limited as Senior Officer—HNI Desk, catering to the investment needs of high-net-worth investors.

Dhaval started his academic career as an Assistant Professor of Finance at the ITM Business School in Navi Mumbai where he was also instrumental in giving on-campus training to corporate professionals from companies like DHFL, AHFL and ICICI Bank on subjects like Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Credit Analysis, and Financial Modeling. Thereafter, he joined Pillai’s Business School at Panvel as Assistant Professor in Finance. He was also associated as Visiting Faculty with SIES College of Management Studies, Navi Mumbai.

He has penned down various research papers in the context of Finance, Economics and General Management. Dhaval is also a holder of the “NISM Series – VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification Examination” issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and is a certified Financial Modeling Trainer.
