Gourav Kumar, along with peers Tushar Mali, K. Karan, and Dinesh, explored Brand Semiotics in Prof. Won Kim’s lecture at INSEEC, France. Using the Semiotic Square, they analyzed India’s last-mile delivery market, mapping how brands like Swiggy, Blinkit, Zomato, Amazon, and Behrouz position themselves across affordability, premium pricing, wide, and niche coverage. A powerful exercise in understanding the hidden language of brands and their consumer connections.
